I’ve been on this journey too — as a coach, a client, and someone who’s deeply committed to living a life that feels strong, aligned, and real. As a Registered Dietitian, Personal Trainer, and Behavior Change Coach with nearly two decades of experience, I’ve helped hundreds of people reconnect with their bodies, rebuild confidence, and break free from the exhausting cycle of starting over. I believe wellness is personal. It’s not about chasing perfection or following someone else’s plan. It’s about finding what works for you — and building a life that supports it.

Wellness isn’t about doing it all perfectly. It’s about finding your version of balance. I’m not here to make you obsess over food or live at the gym. I’m here to help you feel strong, capable, and grounded in a way that honors your values and your season of life.
